We'll keep this short and plain. No legal jargon walls. Just what you actually need to know.

The stuff you type into our calculators

Your salary, your property value, your day rate, none of it leaves your device. All calculations happen in your browser. We never see it, never store it, never have access to it. That's just how we built it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner. It helps us see aggregated traffic (pages visited, popular tools, country-level location). We do not use analytics cookies if you decline.

Google Analytics does not tell us who you are. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser extension.

Cookies

We use a consent cookie to remember your analytics choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them when prompted.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings.

Adverts

We may show adverts in future to keep tools free. If enabled, ad providers may use cookies only with your consent. We do not sell personal data.

Contact form

If you send us a message through the contact page, we'll use your name and email to reply. We don't add you to any mailing list and we don't share it with anyone.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, get it corrected or deleted, and object to how we process it. In practice, because we don't store your calculator data at all, there's usually very little to request. But if you want to exercise any of these rights, get in touch via our contact page and we'll sort it out.

If you're not happy with how we've handled something, you can raise a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll change the date at the top. We won't email you about it, just check back here if you're curious.
